One of the best dental practices I have been to. Staff are friendly and courteous and the service is excellent. Dr Deepti is an excellent dentist - every issue has been fixed quickly, to the highest standard, and with the minimum of discomfort. I recommend them without hesitation.

Super awesome. All 3 kids and hubby and I go here and have done for years. One of my daughters has had a serious phobia of dentists - to the extent where it took us an hour to get her to even sit in the chair - and Deepti (the dentist) was just amazing. So patient and kind. Would highly recommend in general but especially for any kids! My daughter is now 12 and over it - thanks to the last few years of support and patience by the dentist.

I used to hate going to the dentist, but since I met Dee at My Gentle Dentist her expertise has removed my fear. I had quite a few dental problems that caused issues eating certain foods. I have been seeing Dr Deepti since I was pregnant with my first child. I had terrible morning sickness and she was incredibly careful with my sensitive gag reflex. My little one is now two and I have been taking her along with me since her first teeth came through at 6 months. She looks forward to going to the dentist and loves brushing her teeth. I didn't have positive experiences with the dentist myself as a child, leading to lifelong dental treatment anxiety. I'm glad that we've found the perfect dentist to give my own child a better experience. Today I had a wisdom tooth out in the chair, something I thought I could never do. I was so anxious I was almost in tears, but Dr Deepti was (and always is) incredibly patient, and observant of how I was feeling. The extraction was quick and completely painless. I was shocked how quickly it was done. I can't recommend her highly enough, particularly if you are anxious or have had past negative experiences.

Deepti is a great dentist and is definitely gentle. I’ve had to have a couple of crowns and her practice is set up to create these on site, so I have two visits in one day and the crown is fitted by the end of the day. Love how they follow up to check you’re OK too.

UPDATE 03/05/2024 Rather than fixing the mistake they made in a professional and timely manner, they kept delivering insincere apologies and shameful excuses, and multiple cover-ups. It has been 2 weeks since this overcharge incident on 19/04/2024, I have not yet received their promised refund or any updates from them. I returned their phone call after being aggressively spammed by phone calls one after another (including many after-hours ones) and emails regarding the 'mistake' they made and agreed to go to their clinic to have things sorted, including a refund, the following Tuesday (23/04/2024). However, when I arrived at the clinic on the day, things changed in the wrong direction. Instead of supposed-to-be simple catchup of problem solving and refund, they started their excuses again by saying that they needed to contact my health insurance provider to be able to process the refund (thus refund can not be made on the day), and also requested me to delete my review. They could have told me on the phone that they needed to contact my health insurance provider first before a refund can be made. Excuse me, what did you ask me to come here for? Then they offered to process the refund by EFT. EFT details were left with them. I left the clinic believing that a refund would soon be received. This NEVER happened. No single update and no single cent of refund has been received since 23/04, I contacted my health insurance provider on 02/05 to check whether the clinic has ever been in contact with them regarding the claim. The answer is no, which once again proves that the clinic has been doing nothing about the damage and their conduct but continuous lies. I contacted the clinic again on 02/05 but ended up getting an empty promise to call me back. This whole experience is way beyond my imagination in the most unnecessarily awful way. Their conduct deserves a spot in the A Current Affair. I have no intention of deleting my review despite their repeated requests, but I am willing to write a follow-up should the issue be resolved in a professional and timely manner. Should I feel the need to escalate the issue to the court or media as the last resort, I will not hesitate to do so. 19/04/2024 This was my first time visiting the place, and I don't think I will go there ever again. This is the most expensive routine check I've ever had, I have been charged $70 examination, $120 X-RAY, $148 Calculus Remove and $48 for Topical agent, which is $386 in total ($193 out of pocket) just for a routine check, while on the website, it says the price for a routine check range from $100 to 180.

I have been coming here since about August 2023, originally came in with a broken sore tooth. Found out I had an abscess and my only options for treatment were either a root canal or have the tooth removed. I decided I wanted to try and save the tooth and Dr. D has been working on it with me since. She has been amazing, always making sure I'm comfortable and not experiencing too much pain, making sure the abscess is healing properly, I'm now close to being finished with my treatment and having a crown fitted today. Super pleased and looking forward to being able to eat normally without having to worry about what was a broken tooth.
