Dr George grew up in NZ, and studied dentistry at the prestigious University of Otago, graduating
with Distinction in 2006. He immediately moved to Australia and has spent most of his practising
career running a busy rural dental practice in the Snowy Mountains, NSW.
Recently, George and his wife Meg realised their five young sons needed more opportunities than
rural life was providing, so they made the big decision to move the family to Brisbane! They’re all
loving their new hometown, and now George is very excited to bring his dental skills and
experience to the Mitchelton (and surrounding) community.
George enjoys most aspects of general dentistry, and has extensive experience in helping
patients with badly broken-down mouths regain comfort, function, and aesthetics. Patients love
his kind, non-judgmental manner, his clear communication style, and his efficient and
gentle clinical technique. If you or your loved ones have been putting off a dental visit due to
embarrassment or self-consciousness about your mouth, Dr George will be able to assist.

Away from dentistry, Dr George loves spending time with his family, outdoors if possible; they’re
looking forward to exploring more of Brisbane and South-East Queensland in the coming years
